About Elisa

Elisa Lombard joined Pathway Geriatrics in January 2025 as an experienced Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing career began at Harborview Medical Center where she worked for almost 20 years, as a Medical-Surgical RN and Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner. Her career continued in the Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Care setting, focused on providing rehabilitation and primary care to residents in long-term care settings. She is excited to bring her compassionate approach and diverse skill set to the home-bound population with Pathway.

Treatment Philosophy

Elisa’s care philosophy centers on providing patient-centered and dignified care to older adults. Committed to evidence-based medicine, she prioritizes working together with clients to develop an individualized care plan to improve their personal quality of life and well-being. She is passionate about getting to know her patients, learning their individual stories, and tailoring the care to their unique needs.

Personal Values and Interests

Elisa lives in Bothell with her husband, two young children, and a Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix dog named Blaze. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano and spending time in nature hiking, bicycling, and working on her photography skills.
